As we are fairly new to producing Surf Videos, we have very reasonable fees per session. $ 150.00 for a one hour shoot, and that includes a 15 mile one way trip to the surf site of your choice. Each additional 15 minutes are $ 15.00. The videos will need to be converted from the AVCHD camera format, individually , of which we will do for $ 35.00 per hour of conversion. (one hour is enough for 1 hour of video clips) We will convert them to .mp4, H.264, we can provide up to probably 40 or so Codecs. Call: 321.750.3852.
NOTE: We record in 1920 x 1080p, stereo, and have a three lens/chip processor, with zoom capability to pull in clear footage at 300 to 400 yards. How do I know that? Because, Hurricane Sandy was our learning curve, and though I made many mistakes that day in learning, the only day I have ever shot from that distance, it also taught us, that we can record crystal clear quality at that distance. Provided we have the elevated platform. Many surf sites, if they do not have an elevated platform, the surfer can be blocked by the previous waves, so keep that in mind.
Below is another set of clips of 3 surfers at the Cocoa Beach Pier. A thigh to waist high day, and perfect glass. February 27, 2013:
When we have an epic swell coming, be sure to call as far in advance as you can; because, I will be trying to get a session in myself, in addition, to providing you the optimal time of day for the shoot. As we know, in Florida, dawn patrol, the winds are usually best 🙂

We have the last Space Shuttle Launch and 747 Piggyback fly by at the end of our street online. This is our first actual Video shoot, so please forgive, our experimentation. The Last Space Shuttle Launch on July 08, 2011 in Cape Canaveral, FL, here:
We shot the video at the end of Johnson Avenue, it was a very cloudy day, but we were blessed to have 30 or 40 seconds of clear launch skies before the clouds took control of the show.
Below is a quote taken from the N.A.S.A. website of the article written about the last Shuttle launch.
“Down to the wire, with less than a minute left in the day’s launch window, the three main engines roared to life and the twin solid rocket boosters thundered. Atlantis rose from the launch pad on a plume of fire and parted the high clouds on its way to the International Space Station and to its place in history. The 11:29 a.m. EDT liftoff on July 8, 2011, marked the last time a space shuttle would climb from Kennedy’s seaside launch complex to soar toward the heavens. ” See the article here:
Thanks to Krista and Scooter, they gave us a little surfing eye candy even with knee to thigh high conditions and onshore winds. Than we took a look at some of the spectators, plus, I took the liberty of adding a still image or a few of other surfers that I felt would add some localism to the celebration of the Space Shuttle, and a bunch of people enjoying that sentimental last launch of STS 135 🙂
Anyhow, I’m pretty stoked about the New Ministry offered to me by God and my Church; Christ Lutheran Cape Canaveral.
Next plan is to have the surfing Ministry up and running for tweens down to 10 years old going to Christ Lutheran Church.
Thanks for visiting our world at Johnson Avenue Surfers 🙂

awesome — way cool my friend………..
Thank you my friend. What a gift, to be here, to see the very last Space Shuttle launch in history after 25 plus years, and then to catch one of the last two, on it’s last voyage, and on the way to the Smithsonian Institute.
A gift from God living here 🙂
